Last week I ordered a refurbished Nikon D80 from this seller on Ebay. Normally I am a bit hesitant of ordering of Ebay, and end up getting the same thing of Amazon because I believe it will be a better service.
I also ordered a memory card a few days before from Ebuyer, a big company (with a really annoying login!) who I believed would have good customer service. However my card didn't turn up (using the saver service , where they delay dispatching it, in order to make you pay more!). I phoned customer service and was more or less told there was nothing they could do until I had waited at least a month or so. It did eventually turn up, but I felt very unloved by the whole process.
So when my camera turned up from my Ebay seller, I was worried when the battery didn't work. I soon discovered that I could quickly talk to the person who sent the camera, and really cared if I wasn't happy (I presume because I had the power of feedback). After a few emails with Richard I have a replacement battery and a good experience of true after sale support! So if you are after a camera check out this guys stuff.
