Last night we had the pleasure of attending the Association of Online Publishers, awards dinner at the Hilton, Park Lane. The event was very nice, and Dennis were up for a two awards, Launch and Commercial Partnership. Unfortunately Monkey lost out to Channel 4OD for the Launch (but did get runner up) and Emap & Xbox 360 for the commercial partnership.

Apparently the best design and usability site is... wait for it.... The Sun! Just take a look at the site... there is crap everywhere! It looks like one of those domain parks full of spam content (although they are more interesting to read!).
Another travesty again went to The Sun, this time for Best use of Video! So I though I would check it out, and managed to get to a video after clicking on THREE click here to watch buttons, from the home page, only to find none of the controls worked, the sound was shoddy, and it was in some strange format taken from SKY news! Just shocking!
If someone can tell me how they won I would love to know
