I have been informed by a reliable source that there will be a 3.5 inch touch screen video iPod released at 6pm GMT today!
The music store is already down with suspected updates being Movies!
Apparently the screen will show a scroll wheel hovering over the background when you touch it, it will then fade into the background when you let go.
